At O'Sullivans, we are proud of our first class team of dedicated employees. Their attitude and enthusiasm has brought us to the position we find ourselves in today. Those qualities will carry us into the future with confidence and optimism. The customer is the focal point of all activities at O'Sullivans. Nothing is too much trouble for any member of the team when it comes to satisfying the needs of our customers. Each member of staff has been highly trained in customer service and in all aspects of meat handling. Each team member has been thoroughly trained in food hygiene and has earned their food Hygiene Certificates. Many young people have begun and completed their four year Meat Trade Apprenticeship at O'Sullivans and have pursued successful career in house or elsewhere. Each team member takes tremendous satisfaction from offering unrivalled friendly, efficient and knowledgeable service.
