Periodically, we have the following positions available:

•  Qualified Butcher - A suitable candidate for this position will have at least 4 years relevant experience in the retail meat trade and will be proficient in all aspects of boning, rolling and counter display.

•  Apprentice Butcher - This position will be suitable for a young person who wants to make a career for himself/herself in the meat trade. Our apprenticeship covers a period of three years and we will provide all training in every aspect of butchery. No previous experience is necessary provided you are enthusiastic and reliable. We hire for attitude and train for skill.

•  Customer Service Personnel - Do you enjoy meeting people? Do you have a friendly outgoing personality? Do you take pride in your work? If your answer is yes to the above questions then we would like to hear from you. Our customer service people are the key people who serve and look after the needs of our customers. For this position no experience is needed as all training will be provided.
